THE FINAL DIVE...

.... another top day all round, finishing up with a quick check of the action by one of the dams in the new estate nearby.

The light was pretty good and spotted this heron sitting on a viewing walkway over the dam. This was the final "dive" but the lead up was quite amazing. Caught most of it and have on FLICKR starting here - but go back to the left to pick up the sequence.

Also found a Noisy minor enjoying the day in the shade of a gum tree, and this cow was watching over the fence as its mate  the egret  was in the grass picking up on stray bugs.

The Heron really took my interest as to its antics.
