Spying eyes

It can be a bit "creepy", when your every move, is being WATCHED.

My new NORMAL.

It seems, the people living above me, have acquired a cat.  This is not the first time, I have seen it, staring down at me, from "on high", but today, we made eye contact.

Took the blip, when I returned from SPLASH.

PS.  Really think it is "cruel" to keep a cat, locked up in a tiny apartment, ALL DAY !
