Operation Rescue the Jade plant

I've had this Jade plant for over 10 years, this is the first time I couldn't take care of it well enough, I wasn't familiar with how to water it when we had a heat wave. So it fell completely apart. I picked up the pieces so to say, and now I try to make these grow roots and plant them again.
