Annual Haircut

Our 20ft laurel hedge is getting its yearly trim today.
 
And this is young man is the only one prepared to tackle it.
 
Why, you may ask, do we want such a tall hedge? Well, we live on a steep hill and if it was lower we would be looking into people’s bedrooms.
 
Fortunately we have tolerant neighbours.
