Roadside colour

There is a lot of this in Wellington as there is also a lot of evergreen foliage about the place.
It was a rain free day today and we did a bay walk in reverse to have a Southerly wind at our back and spent the rest of the day inside with an Exeter University course (free) on the web, on Climate Change Science which was really fab and a lead in to a later one he has his eye on.
The extra today is a look at a Blurb book made with an iPad app. It’s a bit of a different concept as it is smaller than the normal but using the App was very easy and montage software would have enabled multiple images on a page with ease, except he didn’t think of it until after he had finished. Here it is being held in place by Tuss, a wonderful fur version made some years ago by a very talented lady in Wanaka complete with cheese. I would have course done the holding but I was attached to his Pak and he decided to use Tuss instead. You can alter the size of each image right up to full page and add text as required. The book is 18cm square. There is other book making on line that also works from an iPad but for simplicity this takes the Custard Doughnut that fell into his basket at the supermarket today.
