Grey Morning

Followed by a grey afternoon and a grey evening - although there were some gleams of sun around 2pm. This is the beach in the brief quiet interlude between the early morning dog-walkers and sun-saluters, and the busloads of youngsters doing junior lifeguards and other day camps. We did have an active whale lunging and breaching in the bay for a while, too, but too far away for my photos.
