Salad Days
D and I went out to dinner with Chris from the brewery and his wife, Nicki. We’ve had to wait months for a table at Vanderlyle, owned and run by Masterchef finalist Alex Rushmer. The food was amazing and it felt like a very special and personal experience as you can see straight into the kitchen and Alex brings several of the dishes over to you himself and takes a lot of time talking about the food and where it comes from. The menu changes every day depending on what’s available and the food really was stunning.
Now to the important business of holiday packing and I might have to dig out a bigger size of swimmers!
