Golden Wattle

Acacia pycnantha - or the golden wattle.  Endemic to south eastern Australia, but now found in every State of Australia.  Our national flower, and a sign that winter is moving along and Spring is on the horizon.  Sadly it's a weed on many parts of the world, such as South Africa, Tanzania, Italy, Portugal, Sardinia, India, Indonesia, and New Zealand.
