Lights

Today we sailed to Okuklje Bay, Mljet, Croatia where we moored for the night. Steveng is hosting Wide Wednesday in my absence and he chose the subject of 'science - and the impact on life'.

One of the biggest impact is the discovery of electricity and the invention of the light bulb. How much more difficult would life be without them?

My blip shows our ship, Patronice, moored and lit up as is a house nearby, casting lovely coloured reflections in the water.

We were 'off-grid' yesterday with no wi-fi connection. How we miss it!
