Think that's a foreign word even the odd Englishman knows.

At last, the promised thunderstorms/rain has arrived properly although the storms part was more distant thunder than anything else. We have been getting storm warnings since Thursday evening, not surprisingly given last week's heat. In "normal times", we should have had a massively destructive storm but as we are learning daily, we are not in normal times.

So although not a great day for the great outdoors, the weather is being kind to Mother nature and for that alone, we can be happy.
