Flying home from home

We were up in time and tidied the flat, run a washing machine and finalised packing.
Neil phoned KLM to check if they could book us directly to AMS on the 2:30 pm flight instead of routing us through Zürich.
And they could!!! Awesome - yesterday I was told that this flight was full!

David texted and suggested a quick coffee before we leave. 
We met him in the Market hall short after 11am.

I just love David. He is such an interesting person and the is so much to talk about! I think we blubbered non-stop until we all had to part again.
I hope next time we are in Berlin we will have more time to spend together.

Back home we got ready and left the flat at 12:30 pm and took the U-Bahn and Bus to the airport.

Our flight was a bit delayed and we had time for some coffee in the lounge.

We had over 5 hours in Schiphol. We did consider leaving the airport, but then decided to stay. The new lounge is quite comfortable and Neil wanted to browse the tech shops a bit.

The flight to Glasgow was early, so we were home way before 11pm.

We went to the mail, sat a bit in the kitchen, then went to bed.


I am blipping our new Wall-Art. All our Photoautomaten strips put together with transparent plastic clips. I think it looks grand!!
