Worth Waiting For

On April 23rd I blipped three sprouting lily bulbs planted in a hot of soil. Now August 1st the beautiful & fragrant white lilies are open on the front deck. 
They were a bargain at Walmart in spring. And growing them in a pot on the protection of the deck makes them less accessible to roaming & nibbling deer.
Another perfect summer day here. No rain in sight.
