St. Peter's Hartshead
I thought my blip today would be wheat fields but when I uploaded them they weren't what I'd had in mind so it was fortunate I'd stopped at St Peter's for a walk round the churchyard. I've blipped this before of course but previously I've used a wide angle lens but today I only had the 55mm with me.
Walking round the graveyard I saw there was a lot of Ragwort and today each plant seemed to have a half dozen butterflies on it and at least that number of different butterfly varieties too. I'm sure though if I went back there butterfly hunting then they would be sure to have moved on.
Thank you for the kind response to yesterday's blip, it's very much appreciated.
