Frozen in Time-2
After yesterday's sunshine I suppose it was too much to expect to be able to go out for a walk under fair skies today. It has been unremittingly gloomy with a nasty drizzle, not very inspirational for outdoor pictures.
I had some prepared leaves in the freezer so sooner than intended this is Frozen in Time-2. There was absolutely no usable light coming through the windows so I released the ice block from the container and placed it on the lightbox. The camera lens was poked through a piece of kitchen foil to give some fill light. I had to work quickly as the small amount of heat from the lightbox was causing the ice to melt. The white balance was adjusted during processing to give a cool feel to the ice.
