Chicken Tonight

The oven repair man (see yesterday's Blip) came sharp at 9am this morning and was finished about 50 minutes later, leaving me with a functioning oven. So the chicken that I was planning to roast on Tuesday evening is browning nicely as I write.

Spent most of the day writing a church service for Sunday, before going out around 4pm and driving over to Plean Country Park for a wander around there. The weather improved as the day wore on and it was pleasantly sunny and warm for my walk. Some of the paths were a bit muddy, but for much of my walk there wasn't another soul to be seen or heard. Bliss!
