Good visit the train ride was fine we got there just after visiting hours started so it seemed we got quite a while

When we got there he was in the gym doing his physio and he us doing very well with his standing trying really hard

When asked if wanted a cup of tea and a biscuit he said a jammie dodger.

Just before we left we took him to show him the coffee shop and just out side the main entrance and on the way back we took him in the hospital shop and he got himself a packet of jammie dodgers

And look the beard has gone x
