A meeting today of the Retention, recruitment reference group: or “triple RG”. Here we bring people together from across Scotland and across functions to look at what we need to do and how we can improve operations.

Lots of discussions and some helpful comments ahead of the new recruitment campaign on 21 August.

This meeting is a new one in the calendar to make sure everyone knows what is planned and what materials will be available when. As we are very dependent on local volunteers and local authority staff to deliver the recruitment process.

Looking forward to the launch : the team have done lots with partners and lived exoerienced young people to develop the campaign.
