By the Lagoon

Today I met up with an old school friend who I haven't seen in a few months. We took a trip down to Musselburgh in East Lothian, on the East coast of Scotland. It was actually a really nice day - it was sunny without being roasting, like it's been the last few days! It was still pretty humid though, and there midges absolutely everywhere, I have wee bites on both my arms :(

We got some ice cream from this wee shop that's been there for decades, and it's absolutely delicious. Salted caramel flavour, one of my favourites! We sat by this lagoon as we caught up, it was really tranquil - a lovely day.
