Took the kids to Plas Madoc swimming this morning. They loved it and didn't want to get out.

Met mum at the garden centre to get her some plants for her birthday present. Had lunch there with Peter, Rachel and the boys.

I was meant to head off early afternoon but we didn't get back to mums till 3 and I didn't want to hit rush hour on the m1 so we stayed for tea and dog walks and headed home about 7.30pm. After getting the kids in bed we cracked on with the painting. Finally went to bed at 2am
