New Years Day

2013 started off bright and sunny so hopefully this is a sign of good weather for the rest of the year. 2012 was one of the wettest years on record and we're all ready for some sunshine and dry skies for awhile.

Naturally, I took Bonnie for a long walk today since she hasn't had too many in the past couple of weeks due to all the holiday furor and erratic family schedules. Quite frankly, I'm glad the holidays are over, the new year is under way, and I'm looking forward to things getting back to normal.
