Pendley Macbeth

Macbeth is the tragedy for this year's Pendley Shakespeare festival. I have been tonight with a friend and it was a fantastic evening. British weather is not reliable for outdoor performances but we carry on regardless. Tonight was perfect though, just needing an extra layer at the end of the evening.

I think it was the most dramatic production I have ever seen, although not the bloodiest (that was at the Globe theatre) and the Witches were so spooky and alien.

So, the comedy next week is The Merry Wives of Windsor - I expect I'll be there one evening.
