Thistledown

The cycle track is full of thistles just now, they look so soft and gentle... But don't be fooled. The  seeds are all ready to pop and I can see an even larger spread of them next year if just a tenth of these seeds set.
Went to Bothwell this morning where we met Ali's wedding caterer, we then visited my niece who is sadly in the process of packing up her house in preparation for a move to London. We're going to miss them but hopefully they'll be up and down from time to time. Michelle is our link with Freddie and so doubly important to us.
Back via Lanark and home in time for tea. Not enough steps today. 6048, need to do better tomorrow
