Thank you so much for all your really really lovely comments, feedback and support yesterday. Some of the comments gave me such a warm glow I had to read them again and again.

Feel really ace about the two different athlons

Had a good run this afternoon, got some shots whilst out and just feel that normal service is resumed. No distractions: just me, the fresh air, me camera and my thoughts. Just as it should be.

Have even done some study with slightly more enthusiasm than usual.

Isn't life just ace.

Right two hours of peace before the girls come back and as luck would have it there is a rerun of the Brownlees in the Olympic triathlon just about to start on BBC . It'll be good to see Yorkshire being brill again.
