Swiss National Day and Fringe

Happy Birthday Switzerland. Today is the first of August - Switzerland exists since 1291. Took a few pictures and created a collage (additional). Then, M and I met in the afternoon to get the feeling of Fringe. Yup, the Fringe Festival has begun!! We joined a tour through Edinburgh (lots of history from romantic to cruel, wicked and disgusting). Fantastic day! Went to a free comedy show which was not funny at all. Had some haggis, neeps and tatties and the I went home and had a lovely evening on my own, eating cheese Fondue! So typically Swiss.
