Clear skies and sunlight early this morning, that soon changed into cloud/grey.


My treat today : a bottle of Tasi Prosecco from Tom. Organic vineyard near Verona that sits in an old quarry. Tom's take that often Prosecco's are made up from a variety of grapes from different vineyards. Tasi comes from one variety in the one vineyard which deepens the flavour. I'll let you know !!
