Where's Perry?

I often see one or two peregrines resting on St John's church tower when I'm passing (usually on the way to the quiz at The Plough nearby), so I thought it was about time I went up there with my SLR and a long lens to try and get some decent pics. It almost goes without saying that the peregrines had other ideas and didn't show at all while I was there for an hour or so this afternoon.
