Early Morning Runners

I thought it was just landscape photographers that got up at the crack of dawn and headed up onto the Chase.  It was another misty morning, albeit without the sunshine while I was out.  I was looking for some compositions when I heard faint voices in the distance.  Out of the mist this couple appeared.  I thought it would be interesting to include them in the scene and just had time to adjust my settings so that they wouldn't be too much of a blur.

The knee is improving slowly, liberal use of cold compresses seem to be helping, but I spent much of the rest of the day at home, listening to the cricket and pottering about.
