New Moon

Mixed feelings tonight. The sun has been shining today. We have said farewell to some lovely Gite guests and the next group have arrived and settled in. That is the positive part. On the down side, we had to deal with an ‘over-ripe’ fosse etanche (sealed poo tank, for the uninitiated). Plus, my oldest (as in longest - not age related) friend sent a message to say that his mother had passed. She had not been well for some time, but it is never easy to handle when it happens. Farewell Barbara, God’s speed. Somehow, tonight’s New Moon seemed the right thing to blip.
