Bread and wine

Apparently one shouldn't keep bread in the fridge but, as I am a bit of a keep-the-kitchen-surfaces-clear freak I'm struggling with this advice... and yes, it is a first world problem but I thought I'd share it in the Blip World and wait for some blipping good words of wisdom :)
