One of our adult visitors had a wonderful story about his time as an environmental advisor, giving a briefing to a bunch of agricultural welders. He prepared a careful presentation on why certain practices are more appropriate than others, and the importance of clearing waste off a site at the end of a job. They listened, politely, chain-smoking through his talk. Any questions at the end ? Just one. "Excuse me, are you gay, son ?"
