Walking Club BBQ

Another enjoyable afternoon.
Good weather ( except for one shower)
Good food.
Good company.
Chris once again very kindly opened her house and garden for us. As you can see her garden is beautiful. She is over 80, and does most of the work herself.

Lovely to meet up with members who don’t come walking any more, and so this just had to be my blip for today.
Betty and Jim. Both 93. Our two oldest members.
They were both walking with us well into their 80s.

Surprising how an afternoon doing nothing but chatting, eating, and enjoying yourself can be so tiring!
Not sure I will be awake to watch Poldark.
