It is the weekend

This is the weekend of the Kirkcudbright Art & Crafts Trail with 100s of venues displaying local creative arts. This was my contribution in a friends house. Quite a surreal time of wandering into people’s houses and gardens with interesting conversations with people who were both interested and interesting. So many artists in this town have studios in their gardens - special places for conversations and contemplation.
Both my painting are of the estuary near our home.
