Newton-le-Willows Show: off to a bang

The blokes crewing this venerable 25 Pounder are old enough to have crewed it when it saw service with the British Army. Good on ya, muckers, for keeping a British Army legend going.

On the other side of the gun, to the right and just below the muzzle, is another photographer. I hope he was wearing ear plugs as he was in line with the muzzle brake, not the quietest place to be when it goes BANG!
