Taking it easy

We were all up late this morning and were greeted with some Scottish drizzle. We had a lazy breakfast and a walk around the castle grounds. In the afternoon we visited the local Glenkinchie Distillery. We learnt how whisky was made and James tried a few!

The weather dried up and the sun came out so we explored Vogrie country park which is also local to Oxenfoord castle. There was a huge adventure play area that the kids loved and we whiled away a good couple of hours.
