Stourhead

Mum and I had a lovely visit to the gardens at Stourhead today.  We got there at lunchtime and didn't leave until 5pm - had a lovely time walking right round this lake, and also had lunch in the pub which is in the middle of the estate (genius!)  We stopped for a quick coffee and a cake before heading home, too.

Mum's carer turned up a bit early again this evening - she helped Mum do everything except actually get into bed, so Mum came back out and joined me in the living room and I helped her to bed much later, about 10pm.  Nice to have a proper evening together too :)
