Return Journey

Our return journey saw us cycle from the Isle de Rey up to Chinon, from whence we caught a train to Tours and then to Paris. We cycled through yet another very quiet area of France, and enjoyed the wildlife- Turtle Doves purring everywhere, harriers and a stork- and the small towns. Many of the shops had been shut with the opening of a massive supermarket on the edge of town.
