BACKBLIP: Roadkill or delicacy?

BACKBLIP: I was unable to blip while I was away in China for over two weeks (blipfoto is not accessible there). I'm attempting to catch up!

A couple of days ago, I posted a blipfoto of living crabs in the supermarket near our hotel in Nanchang, China. Today, I found a scene that caught my eye, similarly food-related and only a few feet away from the tank of crabs. At first, I struggled to identify what it was, then it clicked. Spatchcocked, dried ducks, all hanging like a tesselation on a wall. Heaven knows how you are supposed to use these in cooking! But they did make for a weirdly attractive image!
