Saluté

A nice cold pint of Guinness as I sit and relax with my beautiful wife to await the end of the best year of my life. Amélie is sleeping in her pram all wrapped up and cozy, hopefully to shake off the cold she is fighting. We sit and talk about the year and the changes for next year, the challenges of being parents and the joy that it brings. . . . It was nice to unwind this way. We made our way through some Glenkinchie single malt and waited for the hot tub to heat up before relaxing for an hour or so in warm water as we polished off two bottles of Champagne. Bliss.

We headed back into the cabin and sat up for the bells with Amélie, good times.
