Glad to be free

Some days I just have to get out and about as my retirement flat is so small I start getting cabin fever.  Today's walk with my camera took me up  higher and looking out over towards the Moncrieffe Hill and Carse of Gowrie had a thought for those who cannot open the door and leave. Apparently built a couple of centuries ago to host prisoners of the Napoleonic Wars, now much modernised HMP Perth is not a building one can scoot past without noticing it.
