Photo Challenge Day 2: Something New
Day Two: something new: new year, new challenge.
I was asked today if I had any new fitness goals for 2013. And I do. It's not a number on the scales or a number of inches on the tape measure.l, or even a dress size. It's a shape. I'll know when I'm there as i'll be able to see it. Just got to split the goal into into bite size chunks to make sure I achieve it.
I spared you a blip of my new kettle and put something more inspiring. ;-)
First session back at boot camp since I broke my toes. It's been a month since my little bro dropped me unexpectedly on the dance floor during his wedding and he's felt awful every day since. Last week I was fretting how much they were still hurting and how swollen they looked but seemed to have turned a corner. Loved being back and the endorphins that come with it. It's always a good self esteem boost. Something I needed after sitting in moping as eating for a month. Yippee! Brought Rob with me. He's usually a runner (like I was) but I think I've converted him. His wife is 4 days overdue with their 2nd baby so he was trying to tempt fate by leaving the house, but he didn't get 'The Call'.
