Jambalaya

I’m back home after an exhausting and mishap filled return trip home (extra-long airport security, a delayed and then a weather-related redirected flight that caused a missed connection...).

We had dinner (our first meal since dinner last night) at a restaurant near home.
Hopefully tomorrow will mark the return to more regular and better meals.
