The "Altar Club"

My 21st backdated Blip.

It's all bands to the slaughter at Salisbury Arts Centre's monthly rock Fest. A crumpled fiver gets you in (unless you're the officious snapper) and you get five bands. These are from the States and known as Escape from '98. Not much of a head-banger myself to know if there's any significance in that name.

The guy who normally does these only likes short telephotos and thus picks out individuals. He doesn't own or even like wideangles... I picked out individuals too but chose the widest of the wide, to get that sweeping Gothic effect. This 14mm lens on FX D700 would have to be an equivalent of 9.5mm in CS (DX format) terms.
