Rose

At the entrance to Newlands Park there was a rather straggly rose bush and this pink rose looked quite dramatic against the very ominous looking sky.

The rain did come but not until after I had enjoyed coffee, with a friend, in the park cafe and then made it safely back to the car as the first drops began to fall.
