Valley of the Condors

We hiked for two days up and down the Valley of the Condors near Tarija, Bolivia. Our guides hacked out a path up the canyon side with a machete, and we camped on top of the plateau under the stars.

When we arrived, we were surrounded by fog. It was a windy night, but in the morning we were rewarded with a wonderful view.
