our daily bread...
...seven days a week the Boulangerie Patisserie St Laurent in Magalas has shelves full of baguettes, ficelles, boules and more.
And all so tempting!
Perfect for me the ficelle made with yeast and similar to a baguette but thinner.... ficelle French for string...thankfully. A whole baguette is just tooooo tempting and moreish....and finishable in one sitting!
Taken home for lunch with goat's cheese, tomatoes and pâté de campagne...and of course a wee glass of rose.
Then siesta.
