Phacelia

I put a few seeds in the garden at the beginning of July and some of them are now flowering. The first ones to flower are the Phacelia which I think is grown as a green manure. The pale lilac flowers are lovely and the insects love them so what's not to like. Each flower head measures just over an inch so I thought it was ideal for a macro shot for Tiny Tuesday.
