irregular readers of this irregular tome will remember i don't really do flowers much.

Happy to look at them, not so keen to photograph them ,

but i was sitting for an inordinate amount of time hand holding with a macro as there were the stripey bees glueing pollen to their hairy legs and rushing in and out of the holes in the middle of the flower thing.

bees stopped coming, hand started shaking, knees started creaking, will started failing.

have a plant based thing instead of an insect type thing
