My knees, my knees, my kingdom for new knees!!

Today we did a 6.5 mile walk at Badbury Rings Dorset. The perfect day for walking and scenery quite different from springtime. I don't normally undertake country walks mid summer as I find it too hot, but today the weather was perfect. But my knees were not. 6.5 miles may not sound a lot but for me it was. Thank goodness for aqua class tomorrow. 
Oh, that is hubby walking way ahead of me. I love the colours in this picture.
