A Good Day

A productive morning at the allotment with the children this morning harvesting potatoes and beetroot, and mending/painting broken benches.
In the afternoon we had a super visit to Saughton Park. The children liked the play park and the beautiful gardens.  They spent a long time watching bees!  Here are some towering artichokes in one of the Saughton Park Borders.
