T-rescue

Early start, train to central. Two hours of health tests, apparently I have a real grip, I need to work on this! Everything else was fine.

Train allll the way out to Freo, signed some papers and hey I'm employed again. The lady at the recruiters had such a combative personality though, like she expected me to walk in, sign everything and go. No way, I read everything and questioned it. She took particular dislike to me asking about my rights rather than the specifics of the pay and contract dates. Boardered on rude and dismissive, but not near enough for me to walk out.

It's a 1 month contract and I'm only recruited by this lady, the people I'm working for seem lovely so far.

Then all the way back home, quick lunch and back into town to go kayaking.

It was a sign off session for people to be passed on their competencies in the water, so I was the guinea pig. The photo is me being rescued as part of a demonstration, narrated by another instructor.
